DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION: To participate in this offer the following terms apply. You must be owners in good standing and current on all fees and payments. All parties relative to the Consolidated Resorts timeshare agreement must attend the presentation together. You cannot have used this offer, or a similar revisit offer, within the past six months and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with your Interval time. Offer is based on availability and is nontransferable. You must provide a $75.00 reservation deposit for Las Vegas and a $150.00 reservation deposit for Orlando, which is fully refundable, and will be refunded upon completion of presentation. In order to take advantage of this offer and receive a refund of your deposit, all participants visiting Nevada resorts must attend a 120 - minute owner's update presentation. Participants must have a valid ID/Passport and a major credit card. Failure to attend the presentation will result in a charge of the full retail value of the getaway (up to $500). All tickets and vouchers are issued upon completion of the presentation. Reservation changes require a $25 fee. Any changes or cancellations made less than 5 days prior to check-in will result in a charge of one night's stay.
